Had another amusing incident over the weekend which accentuated once again the “smallness” of Singapore.

For the past few days, I have been looking for a flat to move into rather urgently. As for why I needed to move after having <a href="”>moved recently, that is another long story…

As it turned out, the rental agent responsible for the flat I eventually picked out is actually my current neighbour! Sadly, in the two-and-a-half months that I have been living here, I have not managed to talk to my next-door neighbour. Well, this was partly because he has more irregular working hours but, of course, no excuses nevertheless.

In one sense, the coincidence is quite unbelievable. After all, what are the chances of two strangers who live along the same corridor, having not met each other in everyday affairs, meet up at a place about 10mins-drive away for a common purpose? 🙂
